Customers having a medical necessity for electricity should notify Carroll EMC to be designated as Critical Care to receive priority power restoration when an outage occurs. Contact a Carroll EMC Customer Care Representative at 770-832-3552 to learn how to be listed as a Critical Care customer.

If you no longer need a critical care designation, please contact Carroll EMC so that we have the most up-to-date information possible.

Carroll EMC cannot guarantee uninterruptible service, so if you or a family member depends on a medical life-support device, you are responsible for providing a back-up source of power for the medical device or having a plan to evacuate to a facility that is not affected by the power outage.
