Cooperative Leadership & Governance

Democratic governance is a hallmark of the cooperative business model. Every member-owner has a voice in how the cooperative is operated and influences this process through voting at the annual meeting. All member-owners are asked to participate in the co-op’s annual meeting, held each October, to elect members of the board of directors and vote on important policy issues.
